Tuition is a fixed monthly rate that reserves your weekly lesson time and provides consistency, structure, and ongoing musical growth. Monthly tuition is based on an annual enrollment model and remains the same each month, regardless of whether a month includes 4 or 5 lesson days.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 5th may be subject to a late fee.
All payments are non-refundable and secure the student’s reserved weekly lesson time.
Failure to pay tuition and any applicable fees may result in termination of enrollment and loss of the reserved lesson time.
Preferred payment method is Zelle. If Zelle is not available, checks are accepted. Cash payments are not accepted.
Consistent attendance is essential for student progress. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation. One make-up lesson per semester may be offered based on teacher availability. Lessons missed without proper notice are forfeited. Any lesson canceled by the teacher will always be made up or credited. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed but will be offered when possible based on availability. If you plan on dropping lessons, this must be communicated at least two weeks prior to the first of the following month or you will be required to pay the full month’s tuition.
There are several scheduled breaks throughout the year during which lessons are not held. These include, but are not limited to: Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, Major U.S. national holidays.
These scheduled breaks are an essential part of the annual teaching schedule and are already included in the fixed monthly tuition. Tuition remains the same throughout the year and is not adjusted for holiday weeks or scheduled breaks.
All lessons take place in the student’s home. Families are responsible for providing:
a properly functioning piano or weighted keyboard, a quiet, distraction-free learning environment.
Enrollment reserves a dedicated weekly time slot and ensures consistent musical development. Tuition reflects not only lesson time but also preparation, travel, and professional instruction
